I signed up to receive my free credit reports and I didn't receive them and was charged 29.99 for the service which was advertised at 19.99 per month. They make cancelling your account extremely difficult because they want you to submit a copy of identification to cancel membership. That's really funny because they didn't ask for and ID when I order credit reports that were never received. I feel I have been strongly taken advantage of with no results. I highly recommend people to not use this service because it isn't a reputable company save your money 1285adf
